Welcome back to the Motorama Custom Car & Motorsports Expo.

As we prepare for the March 11, 12 & 13, 2022 edition of the show, we are legally obliged to follow certain guidelines and regulations, as set out by the Province of Ontario and provincial health officials.

These aren’t our rules, but we’re not permitted to open without adhering to them. If you have an issue with them, please feel free to contact the politicians and officials who put them in place.

If the rules are unacceptable to you, we thank you for your interest in Motorama and hope that the pandemic is resolved by the time the 2023 show takes place, at which time we can hopefully all come together again, without vaccine mandates, masks, spacing, etc.

As you know, the province’s rules are being updated regularly and we’ll do our best to stay up to date with them, as required. Our main priority is to present a venue that is safe, entertaining and enjoyable for all show attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, as well as our staff.

At present, the Province of Ontario has a policy mandating that all attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, staff, celebrity guests and venue service providers are required to present government ID (Drivers’ License, Health Card, etc.) and official proof of full vaccination (two doses 14 days prior to entry) to enter the International Centre and similar facilities.

NOTE: Children less than 12 years of age and those with proof of a verified medical exemption will be exempted from these requirements.

Every individual entering the show will be asked to complete a COVID-19 screening questionnaire before entering the venue. Further, everyone entering the show will be required to provide their name and contact info as part of the government’s ‘Contact Tracing’ requirements. In most cases, this will be completed as part of the online ticket purchasing process. Those paying for tickets at the gate will have to provide this information, as well. This routine will have to be performed each day of the show.

The Province of Ontario mandates that everyone in the building, older than two years of age, will have to wear a mask or face covering, at all times, while inside the International Centre. The exception to this rule is when individuals are eating or drinking in the Food & Beverage areas.

In order to maintain safe spacing throughout the venue, we are looking at selling tickets that permit entry to the show at specific days and times.

Working in conjunction with the International Centre, we are maximizing our cleaning schedule and will be disinfecting high-touch and high-traffic areas multiple times a day, with extensive cleaning taking place each night. The International Centre’s safety plan is here.

If you have any questions or comments about Motorama’s COVID-19 protocols and procedures, please send us an email.

Thank you for your support of the show and for working with us to put on a safe and enjoyable show for everyone!
