BRAMPTON, ON – The 17th annual Cruisin’ for a Cure Canada Car Show takes place Sunday, September 13, 2026, at the CAA Centre, 7575 Kennedy Rd. S. in Brampton, running from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Gates for participants will open at 7:30 a.m. The popular event combines a classic vehicle show with a vital health awareness campaign, bringing together car enthusiasts, families, and community supporters for a day dedicated to saving men’s lives.
Visitors can enjoy gate photos, goodie bags, door prizes, raffles, People’s Choice awards, food vendors, and classic cruising music throughout the day.
One of the most important features of the event is the free PSA blood testing clinic for men aged 40 and over, available from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Registration is required for testing, although some walk-ins may be accommodated.
The event’s primary purpose is to raise awareness about prostate cancer and encourage early detection. Organizers note that prostate cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer among Canadian men, affecting one in eight. Despite the importance of PSA screening, the test is not covered in Ontario until a man has prostate cancer!
Through education, awareness, and access to free testing, Cruisin’ for a Cure Canada aims to help men take charge of their health while supporting the Prostate Cancer Foundation Canada’s programs and research initiatives.
This year’s show features a demonstration by the OPP Golden Helmets Precision Motorcycle Team at Noon. The Lieutenant Governor of Ontario and the honourary OPP Commissioner, Her Honour the Honourable Edith Dumont, will be the guest of honour.
