Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites
The Official Host Hotel of Motorama.
The Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites is the Official Host Hotel of Motorama. It’s located just minutes from Pearson International Airport and a five minute drive from The International Centre, the home of Motorama. Car owners, exhibitors and attendees receive a significant discount and bonus additions.
There’s a 24-hour complimentary airport shuttle as well as complimentary in-room Wi-Fi. Onsite are the Mosaic Kitchen, Bar & Lounge, a 24-hour Grab ‘N Go, and in-room dining service available. The hotel also features resort-like amenities including a heated indoor / outdoor pool, a squash court, a half basketball court and a 24-hour fitness center.
The room rate is from $199/room per night (single / double). 6% MAT and 13% HST apply. There’s a special daily parking rate of $20 per day, per vehicle. Guests must book their rooms by February 19, 2027 to take advantage of special show pricing. Discount rooms are available between Tuesday, March 9 through and including Sunday, March 14. Vendor Liability Insurance / Mandatory Certificate of Insurance
All businesses exhibiting at Motorama must have minimum of $2 million liability insurance. Exhibitors are required to provide proof of insurance to Motorama prior to setting up their booths. If you have insurance, please download, fill out and return this form.

ShowTech Booth Power, Signs, Lighting & Mechanical Online Registration
You can apply for ShowTech services (Electricity, Lighting, Mechanical and Sign & Banner Hanging) via their online registration site.
NOTE: If an exhibitor has not previously ordered via Showtech’s online ordering portal, they need to create a new account with a username and password, to be able to log in and proceed with ordering. Please access the link using a Google Chrome browser. To take advantage of the discount pricing, please order online by Thursday, February 19, 2026.

Media Credentials
To be considered for media credentials and show access, an online application form is here. Please note, credentials are reserved for working members of the media who are on assignment from legitimate media outlets. Please be prepared to supply clippings and links from past Motorama shows or other similar events, along with circulation and exposure numbers.
Note to Motorama Exhibitors – Email List Vendors
It has come to our attention that some exhibitors have been approached, via email, asking if they would like to purchase an email list of contacts related to our show. Motorama does not condone or support this activity.
In fact, we take steps to protect our contacts from this form of harassment, which is a common occurrence related to public and industry tradeshows.
Unfortunately, finding the people behind this phishing scam and convincing them to stop isn’t likely or practical.
We suggest that you blacklist them in your email program, and ignore them. We apologize for the inconvenience.
City of Mississauga Fire Department Regulations Governing Exhibits & Displays in Public Buildings
NOTE: Fire exits must not be blocked by decor elements, booths, the storage of materials, etc. Flammable decorating items must be treated for fire resistance. Regulations of the Mississauga Fire Department and the Ontario Fire Marshall’s Office must be observed in their entirety during the Event. Open flame candles and the use of fireworks are strictly prohibited.
