Vanfest Canada is a highly anticipated annual event that is billed as Canada’s premier truck show. Held in Aylmer, Ontario, the show features unique vans and custom trucks, creating a space where enthusiasts gather to share their passion and celebrate custom vehicle culture. The most recent edition took place June 5-8 (2025).
Vanfest was founded by Kevin Lundy 30 years ago, making this year the 28th annual event (excluding two years missed due to COVID). Lundy’s vision brought the vanning community together and helped preserve a scene that has been fading over time. Three years ago, Geoff Mayes took over the event and has continued to grow it steadily.
To engage the next generation of builders, trucks and mini trucks were added to the lineup, creating a diverse array of vehicles on display. Each year, more than 200 custom vans and trucks fill the facility, drawing participants from across Ontario and even from the United States, with many Americans crossing the border to attend.
The event features over 150 awards, two nights of live music, and a variety of games, consistently packing the grounds to near capacity. Vanfest is more than just a show—it’s a culture-first event driven by a unique and welcoming community.
