The Motorama Custom Car & Motorsports Expo presented by eBay Motors is proud to welcome Harse Autocraft as the Featured Builder at this year’s show.
Based in Burlington, ON and founded in 2014, Harse Autocraft is dedicated to quality, taking pride in every vehicle that goes through their shop. Considering themselves as not only auto body technicians, but also artists, the team has served vehicle owners from both locally and afar.
“I opened a body shop with a mission to redefine the industry by bringing the craft back, focusing on quality and details that last,” said Andrew Harsevoort, owner of Harse Autocraft. “That led to working with clients that understood the value of craftsmanship and creativity, which gave us the opportunity to show off what we could do.”
Harsevoort says that it’s unbelievable to think of where Harse Autocraft has come in the last decade, since first being recognized with a winning plaque at Motorama. Reflecting on his many projects, there’s a 1947 Buick Restomod that stands out as one of his most notable builds, with the vehicle achieving great success at a Barrett-Jackson auto auction.
Another area of pride is being involved in producing Ampia, a line of carbon-fiber wide-bodied Alfa Romeos. While he doesn’t have any finished work to showcase, Harsevoort does plan to bring one of the carbon-fiber Alfa Romeo shells to his booth, in Hall 2.
Harsevoort and members of the Harse Autocraft team will be on-hand throughout the weekend, where they also plan to hand out posters at the booth. The community aspect is something that he’s looking forward to about the show.
“It can be a lonely adventure building custom vehicles,” said Harsevoort. “I’m looking forward to spending time with others in this industry, encouraging and supporting one another.”
