ORILLIA, ON – On Wednesday, August 19 (2026), Weber’s Hamburgers played host to the Hot August Nights car show in the field on the west side of Highway 11, north of Orillia. It was the third of four events planned for this summer at the legendary burger joint.
The team from Oro Station organized the event which drew another huge quantity of beautiful cars and lots of people who showed up to check them out.
The previous week, 516 cars showed up and the Aug. 19 event was even busier. So far, the three events this summer have all benefitted from great weather, in stark contrast to the soggy summer of 2025.

But beyond the Porsche contingent, there as a wide variety of old and new vehicles throughout the property. One particularly neat vehicle was a 1929 Durant. The green car was built at the Durant factory on Laird Drive, in Leaside (Toronto). The car has a wooden frame.
The free event also featured music, prize draws and a 50/50 fundraising draw benefitting the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital.
The fourth and final Hot August Nights event of 2026 takes place Tuesday, August 25.
