MISSISSAUGA, ON – The Roadmates Car Club celebrated an incredible 70 years with a BBQ at their clubhouse on September 19, 2026. It was great to see so many clubs come out to help celebrate the milestone, along with plenty of familiar faces from Motorama and the local car community.
Stepping inside the Roadmates’ clubhouse is like stepping back in time – 70 years of building cars, friendships, parties and good times are reflected everywhere you look. Clubs like the Roadmates have played an important role in keeping the custom car hobby alive and thriving for generations – something that is very much at the heart of Motorama.
It was a great afternoon spent catching up with friends, sharing stories and talking about the good old days, while celebrating a club that continues to be an important part of the hobby today.
Congratulations to the Roadmates Car Club on 70 years – we look forward to seeing many of these familiar faces again at Motorama!
