What happens when a group of hot rodders – the Hellions Car Club – get together and show their cars, some finished, some not, with lots of projects and tons of ideas shared? Then invite a few hundred friends with similar cars and ideas, meet at a race track on a non-race day – Flamboro Speedway – add in a swap meet, invite the public, and you have the Unfinished Nationals.

This year marked their 20th anniversary, and each year brings out a wild variety of cars and trucks – muscle, stock and hot rods – spanning all eras and makes. The event took place Sunday, June 7 at Flamboro Speedway.

See below for a gallery of images from the event – one of my favourites each year because of its casual nature where no one is rushing around, they’re just hanging out and talking about cars with friends. It’s what every car show should be!
