    STEP 1: Select Your Vehicle Category/Area

    Please review the options below so that you register for the correct Category/Area. Once you make your selection you will automatically be directed to Step 2. There are 3 steps in total.

    The review and approval process for some vehicles can take several weeks before a decision is made. Our goal is to approve most vehicles in a timely manner. Our first round of vehicle acceptance notifications will go out in October. Vehicles not approved in each selection round will be carried forward to subsequent rounds. If your vehicle is accepted, you will receive a full show information package, and your pre-authorized credit card payment will be processed at that time. Vehicles can only be placed on the floorplan once full payment has been received. If you have not yet provided payment pre-authorization, kindly do so as soon as possible, as we cannot process your application without it.

    If your vehicle appeared at either of the two most recent Motorama shows and has not undergone significant upgrades or changes since then, it may not be eligible for the upcoming show (this includes car club displays). This is not a reflection of your vehicle’s quality – we simply strive to provide our attendees with a fresh experience each year. We thank you for your continued support and understanding.

    Main Show Area

    Everything from incredible new builds to car club vehicles register in this category. Custom Cars, Classics, Trucks, Bone Stocks, Antiques, Rat Rods, Exotics, etc. The Grand Hall (Hall 1) features 28 amazing mostly ‘first time shown’ cars. And Hall 2 will be jammed with a huge assortment of vehicles and clubs. Complete the form below to start the process of having your car considered for a spot in the Main Show!     MayhemYou are registering for:

    Motorama Mayhem Room

    Traditional Hot Rods & Customs belong in Motorama Mayhem … in the Backroom presented by Zehr Insurance (in Hall 3). If you’ve been to Motorama before, you know that Mayhem has a fantastic vintage feel that takes you back to the Fifties with its classic cars, period music, pinstripers, pinup girls, vintage vendors, barbers and more.     Spring Fever AreaYou are registering for:

    Spring Fever Area

    There will be roughly 40 vehicles on display in this year’s Spring Fever zone, showcasing the creativity and uniqueness found in tuners, imports, supercars and modern modifieds. This type of vehicle has become known for personalization, ranging from common changes, such as rim and exhaust switches, to more extreme changes, such as carbon fiber overlays and air-ride suspensions.

    Racing ZoneYou are registering for:

    Racing Zone

    Located in Hall 1B, the Gulf Race Fuels Racing Zone presented by Stoneridge is the hub of ‘all things racing’ at Motorama. The Racing Zone hosts exhibits promoting race tracks, series, racing product manufacturers and vendors, as well as the Racers’ Corral. Stock Cars, Drag Racing cars, Road Racing vehicles, Rally cars, Karts and more. If it races, it belongs in the Racers’ Corral.     Terms and Conditions

    By submitting this application, the Exhibitor applying to have his/her vehicle (the subject of this application) appear at Motorama (the Show) agrees to the following terms and conditions if and when this application is accepted by the show’s organizers:

    1) No commercial advertising is allowed with entries unless they appear in conjunction with paid commercial space at Motorama. A single sign (no larger than 18″ x 24″) may be used to identify major modifications, who did them, and what equipment was used. However, large advertising signs, handbills or business card distribution is strictly prohibited from non-commercial displays (i.e. show vehicles).

    2) Neither the Show, the sponsor, nor any officer, director or shareholder, thereof, or the owner of the International Centre, shall be responsible or liable for any loss or damage to all or any part of the Exhibitor’s personal property, which shall specifically include, but not be limited to, the Exhibitor’s vehicle(s), trailer(s), display, materials and/or parts. The Exhibitor hereby waives any and all rights it may have against them or any of them for such loss or damage. The Exhibitor agrees to obtain insurance covering the above and assumes full responsibility for any loss or damage. The Exhibitor agrees that this signed entry blank supersedes any and all prior and/or contemporaneous agreements and understandings whether written or oral between the Exhibitor and the Show, its employees, Show staff, representative and sub-contractors. Nothing herein shall be modified unless consented to by the Show in writing. Both parties agree that all disagreements will be decided by arbitration in the province of Ontario.

    3) In consideration of this application, the owner, spouse and guests permit Motorama or its representatives the use of their names and pictures of the entered vehicle for publicity, advertising and commercial purposes (including newspapers, magazines, radio, television and internet) before, during and after the event, and do hereby relinquish any rights whatsoever to any photos taken in connection with the Show, and give permission to publish or sell or otherwise dispose of said images to Motorama or its assigns. All publicity and advertising rights are reserved by the Show or its assigns.

    4) Once the Exhibitor’s display and/or vehicle(s) are set up at Motorama, they shall not be removed or concealed by the Exhibitor until the end of the Show, without the express consent of the Show.

    5) There is a $5 surcharge on XXL and XXXL shirts.

    6) *Cancellations* We understand that sometimes cancellations will happen and can be beyond your control. But please note that any cancellations that occur once your vehicle has been approved and payment has been made will be refunded at the sole discretion of Show Management and will be subject to a 15% cancellation processing fee. The Vehicle Registration Fee is not refundable for cancellations after January 31, 2027.
